We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including real estate licensing requirements, fair housing laws, and data protection regulations. You must not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. SMS & Messaging Terms

All commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in a separate listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. Commission is typically due at the closing of a real estate transaction.

All materials on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and content—are the intellectual property of Jackie Morales Real Estate or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties regarding the accuracy of home valuations or market predictions. Jackie Morales Real Estate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any active listing agreements will be governed by their own termination clauses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
